Palisades Capital Group, founded in 1991, is a corporate finance and management consulting firm. We are one of the only firms on the West Coast to offer corporate finance advisory services, valuation, research, and management consulting to privately held enterprises, and those companies trading on the Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) and "Pink Sheets" (PK).
Our valuation and fairness opinions are filed by our public clients as exhibits or within the body of the document as part of a company's SEC regulatory filing such as their 8K, 10QSB and 10K. We offer these companies, their auditors, and legal counsel assistance in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Our services are handled internally, augmented by strategic professional associations and the use of faculty members and other personnel provided through the graduate schools of business, economics, and engineering from several local universities.

Kathleen Barrett consulting principal and director of our valuation research department is a Certified QuickBooks and Enterprise ProAdvisor. Because of her expertise in structuring financial accounting and financial reporting systems, we are able to offer our clients and their accounting firms, assistance in meeting the financial reporting requirements under Sarbanes-Oxley.
Our partnership with Health Insurance Brokers, LLC provides clients the ability to substantially reduce the cost of their health insurance and related employee benefits through the use of Section 105 HRA Plans, Section 125 Premium Only, FSA, HSA, and Cafeteria Plans.
